Thank you for traveling to Portugal for our wedding - it means the world to us. We feel incredibly lucky to be able to celebrate our special day with you. More below about what to expect for events related to the celebration weekend.

WELCOME EVENT

Welcome to Portugal! Help us kick off our wedding weekend celebrations.
Cocktails and light hors d’oeuvres will be served.
WEDDING DAY
When: Friday, October 16, 2026
Ceremony: at 5pm
Please arrive by 4:45pm to allow enough time to get settled before the ceremony. The processional will begin promptly at 5pm, so we kindly ask all guests to plan accordingly and arrive on time.
Cocktails, dinner and dancing to follow
Where: Forte da Cruz
Attire: Polished cocktail attire. Long or midi dresses for women; jackets required for men, with ties optional. Elevated fabrics and light layers recommended.
Transportation: If you arrive at Lisbon airport by plane, you can rent a car, take an Uber or bus to Cascais, which is about 30 km away. If you book a car, our suggestion is that you do it in advance.

Getting Back from the Wedding
A shuttle service will be available from Forte da Cruz to Evolution Hotel from 11:00 PM onwards on Friday, for guests wishing to leave throughout the evening.
Uber is also a convenient option for getting back from Forte da Cruz. Alternatively, we recommend the following taxi companies:
